How do I register for the event?
Complete the form and submit to secure your spot. Space is limited to 50 clients, so early registration is recommended.
Is there a cost to attend?
Attendance is complimentary for invited Anaqua clients. Food, drinks, and shuffleboard games are included.
What is the event date and time?
Monday, May 4, 2026, from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM at Electric Shuffle Canary Wharf, London.
Do I need to bring ID?
Yes. All guests must be 18+ and may be asked to present a valid photo ID.
Can I bring a guest?
The event is by invitation only and limited to registered Anaqua clients. Please confirm with your Anaqua contact before adding a guest.
What about dietary requirements?
If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact your Anaqua representative or marketing@anaqua.com. Please note that whilst the venue takes every reasonable precaution when catering for guests with allergies, food is prepared in a kitchen where allergens may be present, so the venue cannot 100% guarantee no cross-contamination.
What is the dress code?
Smart casual. Comfortable shoes are recommended for shuffleboard play.
Can I modify or cancel my registration?
Please contact your Anaqua representative or marketing@anaqua.com as soon as possible. Cancellations should be made before Monday 20 April 2026 to allow reallocation of spots.
